Your tasks:
- Conception and development of digital solutions; advising companies on SAP digitalization strategies
- Process analysis in logistics, HR and finance; identifying optimization and automation potential
- Customizing and implementation of SAP modules from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare
- Design and administration of role and authorization concepts, including user management and compliance
- Test management: test case creation, coordination of integration and acceptance tests, defect tracking
- Creation of training materials and documentation for classroom, e-learning and web-based formats
- Delivery of trainings and key user workshops, on-site and online, with clear practical focus

Your profile:

- Contributing to stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments in IT transformation projects
- Creating communication content such as presentations, newsletters, and intranet articles
- Conducting training needs analyses
- Developing training materials such as step-by-step guides, quick reference guides, and e-learning modules
- Supporting the delivery of training sessions and train-the-trainer formats
- Maintaining change networks and key user structures
- Supporting the hypercare phase by assisting end users and collecting feedback
Your profile:

- Strong interest in digitalization topics and IT projects
