Your tasks:
- Conception and development of digital solutions; advising companies on SAP digitalization strategies
- Process analysis in logistics, HR and finance; identifying optimization and automation potential
- Customizing and implementation of SAP modules from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare
- Design and administration of role and authorization concepts, including user management and compliance
- Test management: test case creation, coordination of integration and acceptance tests, defect tracking
- Creation of training materials and documentation for classroom, e-learning and web-based formats
- Delivery of trainings and key user workshops, on-site and online, with clear practical focus
- International collaboration on rollout and change management; evaluation of results and continuous improvement
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digitalization, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules FI/CO, EWM, SD, MM or Logistics, including customizing
- Experience in implementation projects, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare
- Knowledge of role and authorization concepts as well as test management (test cases, integration and acceptance tests)
- Strong interest in digitalization topics and IT projects
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (minimum level B2)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex content in an understandable way
- Experience in creating documentation and training materials, and in delivering workshops on-site and virtually

Your profile:
- Enrolled student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (minimum level B2)
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics clearly and comprehensibly
- Creativity and curiosity
- Previous experience in organizing and coordinating events is a plus
- Previous experience in corporate marketing is a plus
